This Acceptable Use Policy explains fair usage rules and prohibited activities for WOCSOL website, hosting, marketplace, tools, APIs, digital products, and related services.
1. Purpose
WOCSOL provides services to genuine users, customers, authors, buyers, businesses, developers, and clients. This policy protects WOCSOL infrastructure, users, customers, authors, marketplace integrity, server reputation, and business operations.
2. Fair Usage
Users must use WOCSOL services in a reasonable, lawful, and responsible manner. Usage must not overload systems, damage service quality, disturb other customers, create security risks, or abuse platform resources.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use WOCSOL for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, threatening, disruptive, or unauthorised activities.
4. Malware and Security Abuse
Users must not upload, host, distribute, link, execute, or promote malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, backdoors, botnets, exploit kits, phishing pages, credential theft tools, or malicious scripts.
5. Spam and Email Abuse
Users must not send spam, unsolicited bulk email, deceptive campaigns, phishing emails, fake invoices, malware emails, or messages that may damage WOCSOL’s IP, domain, or server reputation.
6. Network Abuse
Users must not conduct DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute force attacks, scraping, unauthorised testing, proxy abuse, tunnelling abuse, bot activity, or any action that harms networks, servers, or third-party systems.
7. Illegal or Restricted Content
Users must not upload, sell, host, promote, or distribute illegal content, pirated software, copyright-infringing files, stolen data, fake documents, harmful content, unauthorised financial services, or materials violating applicable law.
8. Marketplace Abuse
Marketplace users must not upload stolen products, nulled scripts, copied code, malware products, fake listings, misleading demos, fake reviews, review manipulation, unauthorised licenses, or products that violate third-party rights.
9. Licensing Abuse
Users must not bypass license systems, share license keys illegally, crack scripts, disable verification, resell unauthorised copies, remove copyright notices, or interfere with activation and update systems.
10. Excessive Resource Usage
Users must not use excessive CPU, RAM, bandwidth, storage, database queries, file counts, cron jobs, processes, API calls, or other resources in a way that harms service stability or other customers.
11. Tools Usage
WOCSOL tools must be used for lawful and reasonable purposes only. Users must not use tools for spam generation, abusive automation, illegal scraping, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation, mass attacks, or harmful activities.
12. Automated Access
Bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated requests, or API usage must not overload WOCSOL services, bypass restrictions, collect protected data, or disrupt normal platform operation.
13. Payment and Account Abuse
Users must not use stolen payment methods, fake identities, chargeback abuse, duplicate accounts, fraud attempts, referral abuse, coupon abuse, or deceptive billing activity.
14. Harassment and Misconduct
Users must not harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, defame, blackmail, or target WOCSOL staff, customers, authors, buyers, or other users.
15. Investigation and Evidence
WOCSOL may investigate suspected abuse using logs, account history, payment records, marketplace activity, hosting data, license records, support messages, server alerts, and third-party abuse reports.
16. Suspension and Removal
WOCSOL may immediately suspend, restrict, remove, delete, disable, quarantine, delist, or terminate any service, file, account, product, license, hosting account, or tool access involved in abuse or suspected abuse.
17. No Prior Notice Requirement
WOCSOL may take urgent action without prior notice where security, legality, infrastructure stability, third-party reputation, payment safety, or user protection requires immediate response.
18. Final Decision
WOCSOL’s decision regarding abuse, fair usage, platform safety, service suspension, product removal, hosting restriction, and account termination shall be final within the platform.
19. Reporting Abuse
Users may report abuse, copyright violations, malware, fraud, or platform misuse through WOCSOL’s official support or contact channels.
