Hosting, VPS and Cloud Services Terms
Effective Date: 07 June 2026
These Hosting Terms apply to hosting, VPS, cloud, server, email, SSL, domain, storage, backup, and managed infrastructure services provided by WOCSOL.
1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using hosting, VPS, cloud, server, email, domain, SSL, storage, backup, or managed infrastructure services from WOCSOL, the customer agrees to these Hosting Terms.
2. Nature of Hosting Services
WOCSOL may provide shared hosting, managed hosting, VPS hosting, cloud hosting, email hosting, domain services, SSL setup, server management, backups, migrations, and related infrastructure services.
3. Account and Service Activation
Services may be activated after payment, verification, setup completion, resource availability, and internal approval. WOCSOL may refuse activation where abuse, risk, fraud, policy violation, or technical incompatibility is suspected.
4. Resource Usage
Customers must use hosting resources fairly and reasonably. CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, database usage, file count, email sending, processes, and server load must not negatively affect WOCSOL infrastructure or other customers.
“Unlimited” or high-resource plans, where offered, are subject to fair usage, technical limits, and abuse prevention.
5. Prohibited Hosting Uses
Customers must not use WOCSOL hosting for malware, spam, phishing, botnets, illegal downloads, piracy, copyright infringement, cryptocurrency mining, proxy abuse, DDoS attacks, hacking, unauthorised scanning, brute force attacks, mass mailing, fraudulent schemes, or illegal content.
6. Suspension for Abuse
WOCSOL may immediately suspend or restrict services that create security risk, abuse reports, server overload, IP blacklisting, spam complaints, malware alerts, legal risk, payment disputes, or harm to other customers.
7. Non-Payment Suspension
WOCSOL may suspend, restrict, or terminate hosting services for unpaid invoices, failed renewals, chargebacks, or delayed payments.
Suspended services may not be restored until all dues, restoration charges, and applicable renewal fees are paid.
8. Renewals
Customers are responsible for timely renewal of hosting, VPS, domains, SSL, email, cloud services, licenses, and subscriptions. WOCSOL shall not be liable for expiry, suspension, data loss, domain loss, or service interruption caused by late or missed renewals.
9. Backups
Backups may be provided as a convenience only unless a paid backup service is specifically included. Customers remain responsible for maintaining their own independent backups.
WOCSOL does not guarantee availability, completeness, frequency, restoration success, or permanent retention of backups unless separately agreed in writing.
10. Data Loss
WOCSOL shall not be liable for data loss caused by customer actions, malware, outdated software, non-payment, expired services, server failure, third-party services, hacking, force majeure, or backup unavailability.
11. Server Management
Managed services include only the management tasks specifically agreed in writing. Unmanaged VPS or server customers are responsible for updates, security, configuration, application maintenance, backups, and monitoring unless otherwise agreed.
12. Software and Application Responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping websites, CMS systems, plugins, themes, scripts, dependencies, passwords, and applications secure and updated unless WOCSOL has been separately hired for maintenance.
13. Email Services
Email services must not be used for spam, cold bulk mailing, phishing, deceptive communication, illegal campaigns, or activities that may cause IP/domain blacklisting.
WOCSOL may limit, suspend, or block email services to protect server reputation.
14. Domains and DNS
Domain services are subject to registrar rules, registry rules, ICANN policies, renewal deadlines, DNS propagation, and third-party limitations. WOCSOL is not responsible for domain loss caused by non-payment, incorrect information, late renewal, or registrar-level restrictions.
15. Migration Services
Website or server migration may be provided where agreed. WOCSOL does not guarantee that all files, emails, databases, configurations, DNS records, or third-party integrations will migrate perfectly from every previous provider.
16. Maintenance and Downtime
Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, updates, migrations, hardware issues, security operations, or third-party outages may cause temporary downtime.
17. Uptime
WOCSOL aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime unless a specific written Service Level Agreement is purchased and signed.
18. Security
WOCSOL may apply security restrictions, firewall rules, malware scans, service limits, account isolation, password resets, file quarantines, or temporary blocks where required to protect infrastructure.
19. Access Control
WOCSOL may limit server root access, control panel access, database access, DNS access, or admin access where necessary for security, managed service integrity, non-payment, or operational safety.
20. Third-Party Providers
Hosting services may rely on data centers, cloud providers, registrars, network providers, software vendors, and control panel providers. WOCSOL is not liable for failures, outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or limitations caused by such providers.
21. Termination
WOCSOL may terminate hosting services for non-payment, abuse, illegal content, repeated policy violations, security risk, unreasonable operational burden, or misuse of infrastructure.
22. Limitation of Liability
WOCSOL shall not be liable for indirect loss, business loss, revenue loss, reputation loss, search ranking loss, email delivery loss, data loss, or damages arising from hosting downtime, suspension, termination, expiry, or technical failure.
