Marketplace Terms
Rules for buying, selling, licensing, downloading, reviewing, supporting, and resolving disputes for digital products on WOCSOL Marketplace.
Marketplace Terms
Effective Date: 07 June 2026
These Marketplace Terms govern the buying, selling, listing, licensing, delivery, support, review, and dispute handling of digital products on WOCSOL.
1. Marketplace Role
WOCSOL operates a digital marketplace where authors may list and sell software, scripts, CMS systems, ERP systems, templates, themes, plugins, source code, digital assets, and other downloadable or licensed digital products.
WOCSOL may also sell its own products through the marketplace.
2. Acceptance of Marketplace Terms
By buying, selling, downloading, listing, reviewing, licensing, or using any marketplace product, the user agrees to these Marketplace Terms and WOCSOL’s General Terms and Conditions.
3. Author Responsibility
Authors are responsible for their products, product descriptions, screenshots, demos, documentation, pricing, licensing terms, support promises, updates, compatibility information, security quality, and legal ownership of submitted products.
Authors must not upload stolen, pirated, nulled, infected, copied, misleading, illegal, or unauthorised products.
4. Product Review and Approval
WOCSOL may review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, delist, disable, remove, or permanently ban any product listing at its sole discretion.
Approval of a product does not mean WOCSOL guarantees the product’s quality, legality, performance, security, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Buyer Responsibility
Buyers must carefully read product descriptions, requirements, documentation, version details, license terms, server requirements, screenshots, demos, and support conditions before purchasing.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased product is suitable for their project, hosting environment, technical ability, and business requirement.
6. Digital Product Nature
Marketplace products are digital goods. Once a product is downloaded, accessed, licensed, activated, or delivered, refund eligibility may be restricted because digital goods cannot be physically returned.
7. Licenses and Usage Rights
Buyers receive only the license rights specifically granted by the product license. Purchase does not automatically transfer copyright, resale rights, redistribution rights, authorship rights, or unlimited usage rights.
License terms may restrict usage by domain, installation, project, customer, client, server, time period, update period, or other conditions.
8. License Enforcement
Products sold through WOCSOL may include license keys, activation systems, domain verification, installation fingerprints, update verification, anti-piracy controls, suspicious activity detection, or other security mechanisms.
Attempting to bypass, disable, tamper with, reverse engineer, share, resell, duplicate, or manipulate licensing systems is strictly prohibited.
9. Installation and Technical Compatibility
WOCSOL and authors do not guarantee that every product will work with every hosting provider, server configuration, PHP version, Node.js version, database version, framework version, operating system, plugin, theme, API, or third-party service.
Compatibility requirements must be checked before purchase.
10. Product Support
Support is provided only where specifically mentioned in the product listing or license terms. Support may be limited by time, scope, channel, response capacity, or technical reasonableness.
Support does not include custom development, new features, major modifications, server administration, third-party bug fixing, data entry, business consulting, or unrelated troubleshooting unless separately agreed.
11. Updates
Product updates may be provided according to the author’s policy or WOCSOL’s product terms. Updates are not guaranteed for life unless explicitly stated in writing.
WOCSOL may disable updates where licensing abuse, suspicious use, refund abuse, chargebacks, account violations, or security concerns exist.
12. Reviews and Ratings
Users must leave honest, lawful, and genuine reviews. Fake reviews, paid review manipulation, abusive reviews, competitor attacks, blackmail, threats, spam, or misleading ratings are prohibited.
WOCSOL may remove, hide, moderate, or restrict reviews at its discretion.
13. Author Earnings and Payouts
Author earnings may be subject to marketplace commission, payment gateway fees, taxes, refund holds, fraud checks, payout thresholds, chargeback deductions, dispute reserves, and verification requirements.
WOCSOL may hold or reverse payouts where orders are disputed, fraudulent, refunded, charged back, suspicious, or policy-violating.
14. Marketplace Fees
WOCSOL may charge listing fees, commissions, withdrawal fees, service fees, payment processing fees, promotional fees, or other marketplace fees. WOCSOL may modify marketplace fees from time to time.
15. Prohibited Products
Authors must not list products containing malware, spyware, backdoors, stolen code, nulled scripts, pirated themes, illegal tools, phishing kits, spam tools, unauthorised data collection systems, harmful automation, or products violating law or third-party rights.
16. Product Removal
WOCSOL may remove products due to quality concerns, legal claims, copyright issues, security risks, customer complaints, licensing abuse, misleading claims, inactive author support, or platform policy violations.
17. Buyer and Author Disputes
Any dispute between a buyer and an author may be reviewed by WOCSOL. WOCSOL may request product files, screenshots, logs, server details, communications, license records, payment records, installation evidence, or other technical information.
WOCSOL may decide whether to approve or deny refunds, remove products, disable licenses, restore access, take account action, remove reviews, release payouts, or apply other remedies.
18. Final Marketplace Decision
WOCSOL’s decision regarding marketplace conflicts, buyer complaints, author disputes, refunds, payouts, licensing conflicts, review moderation, product removal, and account actions shall be final within the platform.
19. Refunds for Marketplace Products
Refunds for digital products may be denied after download, activation, access, or delivery unless WOCSOL determines that a refund is justified based on evidence, product failure, non-delivery, misleading listing, duplicate payment, or other valid reason.
20. Intellectual Property Claims
If a product violates intellectual property rights, the affected party may contact WOCSOL with proof. WOCSOL may remove or suspend the product while reviewing the matter.
21. Security and Malware
WOCSOL may scan, inspect, test, or restrict marketplace products for security and quality purposes. Authors remain responsible for product safety and for removing vulnerabilities, malware, backdoors, and unsafe code.
22. Account Suspension
WOCSOL may suspend or terminate buyer or author accounts involved in fraud, piracy, license abuse, chargebacks, fake reviews, harassment, illegal content, marketplace manipulation, payment abuse, or policy violations.
23. No Guarantee of Sales
WOCSOL does not guarantee product sales, traffic, ranking, visibility, revenue, featured placement, search ranking, or buyer interest for authors.
24. Limitation of Liability
WOCSOL shall not be liable for author conduct, buyer conduct, product defects, failed installations, lost profits, data loss, security incidents, server issues, support disputes, or business interruptions caused by marketplace products.
25. Relationship Between Parties
Authors are independent sellers. Buyers and authors are responsible for their own actions, obligations, tax duties, product claims, and legal compliance.
