Welcome to WOCSOL. By accessing our website, purchasing products, using our marketplace, downloading digital products, using license-protected software, hosting services, web tools, VPS services, or requesting any services from WOCSOL, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
WOCSOL provides website development, software development, hosting, VPS, enterprise email, cloud services, digital products, self-hosted scripts, licensing systems, web tools, marketplace services, support, installation, deployment, maintenance, domains, and related technology services.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- You must not share login credentials, license keys, or private downloads.
- WOCSOL may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, chargebacks, or misuse.
3. Digital Products and Licenses
Products sold through WOCSOL may include license-protected self-hosted code, scripts, themes, templates, CMS systems, ERP systems, tools, or software. A purchase grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property unless explicitly stated.
- You may use products according to the applicable license terms.
- You may not resell, redistribute, leak, sublicense, or claim ownership.
- You may not remove license checks, security controls, or author credits where applicable.
- License keys may be linked to domains, installations, devices, or server fingerprints.
- License abuse may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Installation and Support
Some products may require server setup, database configuration, environment variables, build steps, deployment, or technical assistance.
Support availability depends on the purchased product, service plan, license type, maintenance agreement, or support package.
5. Payments and Orders
- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Manual payments may require verification before activation.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Invoices and transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
- WOCSOL may suspend services for unpaid invoices or payment disputes.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product type, service status, delivery status, and WOCSOL Refund Policy.
Digital products, downloaded files, activated licenses, completed installations, hosting services, custom development work, and delivered services are generally non-refundable unless expressly approved by WOCSOL.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not use WOCSOL services for:
- Illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Unauthorized resale or redistribution of digital products.
- Reverse engineering, bypassing, disabling, or tampering with license systems.
- Hosting malware, phishing, spam, or unlawful content.
- Attacking, scraping, disrupting, or abusing the platform.
- License abuse, piracy, chargeback abuse, or fraudulent purchases.
- Activities prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Authors and Sellers
Authors are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, documentation, support commitments, and quality of submitted products.
WOCSOL may review, approve, reject, suspend, disable, remove, or delist products that violate platform policies or create risk.
9. Marketplace Services
Digital products, software, scripts, templates, CMS systems, ERP systems, plugins, themes, licenses, downloads, author listings, reviews, disputes, refund requests, and related marketplace activities are additionally governed by the Marketplace Terms published by WOCSOL.
WOCSOL may review marketplace disputes and requests for refunds, license enforcement, product removals, review moderation, or account actions. WOCSOL's decisions regarding marketplace operations shall be final within the platform.
10. Hosting and Infrastructure Services
Hosting, VPS, cloud servers, email hosting, SSL certificates, domain services, backups, server management, migrations, and infrastructure services are additionally governed by the Hosting Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
Customers remain responsible for maintaining backups, securing applications, and complying with hosting usage policies.
11. Website Development Services
Custom website development, software development, deployment, maintenance, source code ownership, project delivery, revisions, support, hosting requirements, and client responsibilities are governed by the Website Development Agreement published by WOCSOL.
12. Platform Moderation and Disputes
WOCSOL reserves the right to investigate complaints, review evidence, inspect logs, review account activity, and take appropriate action regarding accounts, orders, licenses, hosting services, marketplace products, reviews, refund requests, support abuse, or other platform-related disputes.
WOCSOL's decisions regarding moderation, account restrictions, marketplace disputes, refund eligibility, abuse investigations, licensing violations, and policy enforcement shall be final within the platform.
13. Fair Usage
All users agree to use WOCSOL services reasonably and responsibly. Excessive resource usage, abuse of support systems, spam, fraud, malware distribution, license abuse, platform attacks, or activities that negatively affect other users may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of services.
14. Platform Availability
WOCSOL aims to keep services available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, security events, third-party failures, force majeure events, or technical limitations may affect availability.
15. Intellectual Property
WOCSOL branding, platform design, software, marketplace systems, licensing systems, documentation, content, web tools, and related assets are protected intellectual property.
Product authors retain rights to their own submitted products unless otherwise agreed.
16. Limitation of Liability
WOCSOL shall not be liable for indirect losses, business interruption, lost profits, loss of reputation, data loss, server misconfiguration, third-party service failures, security incidents, hosting downtime, or misuse of purchased products.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups, server security, application security, and proper deployment practices.
17. Changes to Terms
WOCSOL may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
